By creating an account or using Froshyar, you agree to these Terms and related platform policies.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
• You must not share your account or impersonate another user.

3. Listing and Transaction Rules

• Sellers must provide truthful item descriptions, pricing, and condition.
• Buyers must review listing details before placing orders or bids.
• Prohibited items and illegal content are not allowed.

4. Payments and Fees

Platform fees, commissions, promoted listing costs, and payout rules may apply based on account type and transaction flow.

5. Abuse and Safety

• No fraud, harassment, abusive language, or malicious activity.
• No attempts to bypass moderation, security controls, or payment safeguards.
• Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or account termination.

6. Content and Moderation

You keep ownership of your content, but grant Froshyar the right to host, process, and display it for marketplace operation, moderation, and safety.

7. Suspension and Termination

Froshyar may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policy, create security risk, or require legal enforcement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Froshyar is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Froshyar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
