This policy explains how refund and return requests are handled for orders placed on Froshyar.

1. Basic Rule

Refund and return decisions are based on listing accuracy, item condition, delivery status, and evidence submitted by both parties.

2. Cases Eligible for Refund or Return

  • Item is significantly different from the listing description.
  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Item arrived damaged due to shipping issues.
  • Order marked as delivered but not received, with valid evidence.

3. Cases Not Eligible

  • Buyer changes mind after confirming purchase.
  • Minor cosmetic differences clearly shown in listing photos.
  • Claims submitted without minimum required evidence.

4. Claim Time Window

Buyers should submit a refund/return request within the platform's claim period after delivery status is updated.

5. Required Evidence

  • Order ID and product reference.
  • Photos or videos that clearly show the issue.
  • Short written explanation of the problem.

6. Review Process

  • Froshyar reviews buyer and seller evidence.
  • Additional information may be requested from either side.
  • Final decision may be full refund, partial refund, return-and-refund, or rejection.

7. Payment Handling

When approved, payout release may be delayed, reversed, or adjusted according to payment status and method.
